1.Acceptance of terms
By enrolling with Adhyatmn Edutech, using our website, or using our mobile app, you (the student and/or parent/guardian) agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2.Admission & enrollment
- Admission is confirmed only after the one-time registration fee and first instalment/term fee is received.
- Seats in a batch are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Adhyatmn Edutech reserves the right to reassign a student to a different batch of the same class/subject if required for operational reasons, with prior notice to parents.
3.Fees & payment
- Fees are payable as per the schedule communicated at admission (monthly or term-wise).
- Late payment beyond 7 days of the due date may attract a reminder and, in continued non-payment, temporary suspension of class/app access until dues are cleared.
- Fees once paid for a period already attended are non-transferable to another student.
4.Refund & cancellation policy

| Within 7 days of first class attended | Full refund of term/monthly fee paid, if not satisfied. Registration fee is non-refundable after the demo class. |
| After 7 days, before month/term ends | No refund for the current month/term; future unpaid instalments are simply not charged if you discontinue. |
| Batch cancelled by Adhyatmn Edutech | Full refund or transfer to another batch, student's choice. |
| Notes/merchandise already delivered | Non-refundable once the PDF/physical notes have been delivered. |
To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp or call 99287 88025 with your name, class, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5.Code of conduct
- Students are expected to attend classes on time and complete assigned practice sheets.
- Disruptive behaviour in classroom or live sessions, or misuse of the AI Guru / app features, may result in a warning and, in repeated cases, suspension from the batch without refund for that period.
- Recorded lectures and notes are for personal use of the enrolled student only and must not be redistributed or resold.
6.Intellectual property
All notes, question banks, recorded lectures, and app content are the intellectual property of Adhyatmn Edutech Private Limited. Copying, reproducing, or distributing this material outside personal study use is not permitted.
7.Limitation of liability
While we make every effort to ensure accurate content and consistent class schedules, Adhyatmn Edutech does not guarantee specific exam results or ranks. Our AI Guru feature provides study assistance and is not a substitute for teacher guidance; students should verify important answers with faculty.
8.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
